For the past eight years, Will has been solving business financial problems for clients in software businesses, and emerging technology companies. Over the course of his career, he has operated, advised and invested in over 100 leading software and technology-enabled businesses. Over this eight-year period, Will’s accomplishments are impressive and include trusted adviser to 40 leading Software and SaaS business partners, developed an integrated package of SaaS financial tools used by SaaS businesses and software companies desiring to move toward a subscription-based business model, completed over 300 SaaS financial modeling engagements, and completed 15 debt, equity and M&A transactions worth a cumulative $4.5B. Will is also an accomplished angel investor, making over 24 investments since early 2014. In that short timeframe, four portfolio companies have successfully exited (Dollar Shave Club, Fitmob, Geekatoo and TurboAppeal).
Chief Product Officer
Taylor has spent the last six years studying the intricate nature of how individuals interact with their environment. Having obtained a B.Sc. (Hons.) in psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, as well as an M.Sc. from the prestigious McGill University, Taylor has gained insight in a wide range of skills from understanding human perception to performing precision optogenetic surgeries. Additionally, Taylor has worked as a cloud security developer at Verafin, one of North America's most prominent fintech companies. By entering the field of user experience/user interface design, Taylor has successfully bridged his interests in human perception and software development and consistently delivers designs that are equal parts beautiful and functional.
Chief Technology Officer
Alex brings 18 years of experience in scalable application development, remote team management, and growth analytics. After starting his career in UX at Amazon during the dot-com era, he moved on to back-end programming and architecture by managing the Howard Stern Show’s internet presence for five years. He then moved on to become CTO and equity partner in a multi-million dollar subscription-based content site that had a successful exit in 2015.
